Attorney Practice Time and Attorney Related Reports
Attorney Practice Time Report requires attorneys to report percentages of time spent on indigent defense work for adult criminal, juvenile delinquency, and family protection representation for each county by October 15th every year.
Attorney Detail Report requires auditors to report the number of cases paid and attorney fees paid for each attorney for adult criminal and juvenile delinquency cases by case type in the Indigent Defense Expenditure Reports (IDER). IDERs are due by November 1st every year.

Indigent Defense Expenditure Reports (IDER)
Indigent Defense Expenditure Reports (IDER) is an annual report submitted by county auditors and financial officers that includes expenditures, case and appointment counts, and attorney information for each court with adult criminal, juvenile delinquency, and family protection representation cases and appointments. IDERs are due by November 1st every year.
